WHO CREATES ALL THESE COOL DESIGNS?

TikiCool Graphics originate from the minds & hands of dedecated graphic artists whose works span decades.

The TikiCool look is a remix of original works & interpretations of popular themes that embrace design motifs from international sources around the planet.

TikiCool designs are both produced & curated by a core group of  Designers & Art Directors who between them have over 200 years of combined professional design credits & experience Living in the Tropics, Fashion, Pop Culture, and Entertainment.

WHERE ARE YOUR DESIGN STUDIOS & TIKICOOL PRODUCTS MADE?

Our Design Studios are in California. Around seventy percent of our garment & accessory blanks are made abroad, and the rest are made in the USA.

Both our Printing and Business operations are in the States, with addtional printing resources in Europe & Australia.

THAT SOUNDS HIGH TECH. HOW IS THIS ENVIRONMENTALLY SUSTAINABLE?

Yes, that’s one of the main reasons we use this system. It’s not just super-efficient, it only uses about as much electricity as your refrigerator.

And even better, the inks on the design of your garment use the manufacturer’s own innovative & uniquely sustainable inks created for these super clean high-tech industrial printers.

The ‘Super Green’ water-based NeoPigment inks are absolutely free of heavy metals, formaldehyde, and Alkylphenol Ethoxylates (APE), making them non-hazardous, non-toxic, and 100% biodegradable.

And using a water-free printing system means there’s no need for any external processes such as pre-treatment, steaming, or washing, and this biodegradable ink and super-efficient energy saving printing process makes using this system pretty much the most Eco-friendly printing solution possible.

The entire system was designed specifically with environmental concerns in mind.

An organic evolution of the company’s search for sustainable processes, NeoPigment brings users a host of benefits that include the widest color range in the industry, and the ultimate in high performance whites. With just one set of inks we’re able to print on the widest variety of fabric substrates and always get insanely brilliant results – pretty much 99.99% of the time.

ARE THE GRAPHICS PERMANENT? WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO CARE FOR TIKICOOL TEE-SHIRTS & GARMENTS?

Bliss! Not only are these prints Vivid & Detailed, but they’re also really durable if you care for the garment right. Naturally the more you wear them, the more of a mellow ‘patina’ these items acquire, but the art will last as long as the garment if you clean it right.

BTW – Phone Case & Sunglasses art NEVER fades

Here are a few smart guidelines for taking care of the Tee-Shirts & Garments printed using our high-tech direct to garment (DTG) print system.

You can usually find basic care instructions printed on the inside tag of the garment, and also on a printed flyer found inside the package that was mailed to you.

Follow these suggested ideal laundry tips and your item will last a long time, and keep the same bright looking design:

Washing: Wash inside out with cold water, and with similar colors using a gentle cycle

Ironing: If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest possible heat setting to get acceptable pressing results. Same with steaming garments-turn it inside out first.

Drying: Tumble dry at low or medium heat, or hang-dry.

Major No-No’s: Avoid using bleach, and Do Not Dry Clean DTG prints.

No Problem! Here’s The Story on New Order Processing & Turnaround Times:

• Our Standard Processing Takes 2 business days. Creating, packing & shipping adds around a week. Call it 7-10 days. We’re still coping with supply chain issues that started in 2020.
• If You Want Us To Rush It Then Total Processing is Cut by 2-3 business days (only available for garments & the cost is three bucks extra per item)
 Cutoff Times: Daily cutoff to start processing the same business day is: 12:30PM ET / 9:30AM PT
TikiCool Business Days /Working Hours are Monday to Friday – 10am to 4PM PST (LA/PST Time).

FYI – We Make Each Item Just For You: It only takes us a few hours to get busy fulfilling your order, and the process starts the moment your payment clears, so expect very little delay. See the section below for word on Product Availability.

DOMESTIC (USA) SHIPPING, ORDER TRACKING, AND PACKAGING.

T-Shirts & Garments

Due to the nature of the how TikiCool products are packaged & shipped items that are on a separate prodcution line are often shipped in separate packages.

One exception is sweatshirts, which can be shipped along with t-shirts, bags, phone cases, and/or hats – but the shipping base price will be for the sweatshirt 1st item price, and then any items from another group of products will be charged the additional item charge for that group.

Shipping Additional Items: First Class Shipping is limited to one (1) product at a time.

First Class Shipping: For single items we generally use US Postal Service – 1st Class w/tracking (5-7 business days)

If you order more than one item per order then we will ship to you via Priority Mail.
USPS Priority Shipping w/tracking (2-3 business days). Delivery time for Priority Mail is estimated, not guaranteed.

You will receive a USPS tracking number when your order ships. The tracking number may not work for 24 hours — this is normal.

If you need your order to arrive by a certain date, please let us know.

Tracking

While tracking is provided on ALL orders – tracking is only valid when in transit inside the USA.

Once any package leaves the US for international addresses tracking will not update.

Standard Packaging

Most packages are shipped to you at your specified address in plain, super durable white poly bags. There are no markings on the packages other than the TikiCool company return address label. Inside you’ll find your product(s), a garment care card, and an itemized packing slip with a thumbnail image of your order with mention of the size, color, and quality included.

International shipping costs vary based on the weight of your order and the shipping address. To calculate prices, add your items to the cart and enter your shipping address on the cart or checkout page.

USPS First Class Mail International (7-21 days)
USPS First Class International is the cheapest (and slowest) international shipping method available, with a delivery estimate of 7-21 business days. First Class Mail International packages have a 4lb weight limit, so if the total weight of your order exceeds 4lbs, you will not see this option.

USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 business days)
USPS Priority Mail International is an expedited shipping method, with a delivery estimate of 6-10 business days.

USPS Priority Mail Express International (3-5 business days)
USPS Priority Mail Express International is the fastest USPS International shipping method, with a delivery estimate of 3-5 business days.

All USPS International shipping methods provide estimated — not guaranteed — delivery dates. Delivery may take longer than these estimates due to weather, mail volume, and delays at each country’s customs facilities.

Unfortunately, these factors are out of our control, so we cannot provide guaranteed delivery dates or refunds in the event of delays.

Tracking

TIKICOOL PRODUCT RETURN POLICIES

Unfortunately, every once in a while an issue may occur with an order. After all, we are occasionally only human! If this is the case, then TikiCool will be happy to assist you in sorting it out any way we can.

If the problem occurred as a result of an error on our part then we’re more than happy to replace the item for you. Check out our handy who & what list to determine if you’re eligible for a replacement;

Our Responsibility

Oops! If somewhere along the way a mistake was somehow overlooked then we owe you a huge apology! No worries! If any of the following situations apply then TikiCool will take care of it for you, and asap.

Faulty Product: If the product has a hole in it, some sort of stain, or an obvious manufacturing defect.

Placement Issue: If a print is clearly crooked, tilted, or clearly off-center (by more than two inches).

Incorrect Design: If we somehow printed or sent you the wrong design.

Wrong Item Sent: If we send you the wrong garment, color, or size.

Your Responsibility:

Oops! Somewhere along the way, you might have made a simple mistake. If any of the following situations are the case then it’s up to you to sort things out.

You Ordered The Wrong Size or Design; What if you ordered the wrong size and then found it didn’t fit? Our garments are pretty basic, so it’s hard to get the fit wrong, but you may have accidentally entered the wrong size when ordering. It does happen.

Suggestion – reorder the right size and then gift the other item to someone it will fit & make a happy friend out of them!

Incorrect Address; If you made an error in the shipping address packages returned to us can and will be shipped to you again, on request, but at the original cost of re-shipping it. If it comes back we’ll contact you by email to let you know.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY, SUBSTITUTIONS & ONLINE NOTIFICATIONS

“What happens if an item I’ve ordered isn’t in stock?”

We can honestly say that 99.6% of our orders are completed without there ever being any stock availability issues. That said, due to our dynamic & fast moving inventory system we have (very rarely) experienced stock issues.

Notification

Online
Items that are sold out are usually removed from our website or tagged with a notice that it’s ‘temporarily out of stock’. Often a notice will be posted next to the item, with a word about when it will be available again.

Frequently the website will not allow you to order the item if it’s out of stock, but if somehow that doesn’t happen we will notify you via email that an item in one of your orders is out of stock and suggest that you pick out another cool style you might like.

Substitution
There are usually comparable substitute styles for most of our products. If an item is suddenly sold out then you can look through our product offerings and choose a similar item and reorder using that. If you do decide to substitute the item we can print your design on the new item and ship it out to you – no problem!

If there’s not a suitable replacement item, or if you just don’t want to substitute, then we can always cancel the order for you. Unfortunately, we don’t keep a rolling back order list.

As they say, one man’s rubbish is another man’s treasure. Not only do we embrace direct expression, we promote it.

We understand  TikiCool is a humorous offshoot of Polynesian Culture, and we’re all about respecting the traditions of what is ethically,  intellectually, or morally acceptable.

Our motto has always been “Question Authority & Think For Yourself”. If you are turned off or offended by any of our products then please – don’t buy them!

TikiCool offers the conscious public the design work of dozens of artists both living & dead, and we cannot be held responsible for the ideas & opinions of all of them (although, we do like them all).
